Gang Rewards and Leveling suggestion

Hello everyone i did get 1 good idea how should gang geting vehicles, spawns, bases and other stuff.

1. Gangs would apply for admin (admin would playing with them 1 hour)
2. Points would be posted on forums dayly and how much (like these: Gang Name: 0-10 gang points), so there it wont be problems with gang points.

Rewards:
1 gang vehicle (only vehicles for ground)= 2 gang points
1 plain/ heli= 3 gang points
100k gang money= 5 gang points
Safe zone (in base only)= 10 gang points
1 Gate= 15 gang points
Spawn (with 3normalskins)= 20 gang points
Offical forum: 25 gang points
1 modded skin= 40 gang points
Mapped base= 30 gang points

Rules:
Gangs can have just 1 modded skin, they are not allowed to have war vehicles (like its SWAT, Hydra, Rhino). Gang cant have claimed zones outside gang bases. Gate can be boughted if gang have spawn and mapped base. Modded skin is allowed just for gangs who have mapped base and spawn in it. and every gang is allowed to have just 1 modded skin. If gang have more than 50points with mapped base, modded skin and wants to buy war vehicles can get it.

whatr do you mean by mapped base?
